Select eCommerce metrics added for NIQ Charter clients
For clients on the Walmart NIQ Charter tier, we have added the following 2 eCommerce metrics:
Nil Pick Rate: Indicates the percentage of units that were neither picked nor substituted by a store. (Nil Pick Rate Goal: >1%)
First Time Pick Rate (FTPR): Indicates the percentage of items that were successfully picked on the first attempt. (FTPR Goal: 92%+)
These metrics can be added to any table by using the Personalize This Visual option in Power BI. They are located under the PerformanceTrendMeasures table. The example below is used on the Item Performance dashboard:
This enhancement is the first step toward bringing a unified eCommerce reporting experience to your dashboard.
Enhanced Visibility of No-Movement Items
Enhancements made to the back-end logic have allowed us to provide more accurate sales and units after Walmart re-states their historical data. With this improvement comes better visibility to items which have no movement in the last 4+ weeks.
Previously, on the Current Instock report, items which have not had any sales for 4+ consecutive weeks would have not appeared on the Current Instock report. A highly requested feature was to have these items added into the report for visibility.
The NoMVmt filter at the top of the Current In-Stock report allows you to control whether these items are displayed:
- 0 = Exclude NoMVmt items
- 1 = Include NoMVmt items
Enhanced Data Delivery Process for NIQ Charter
We have made improvements to the speed and efficiency of the data delivery from NIQ Charter which will have the benefit of decreasing the time to provide daily refreshes to NIQ Charter clients.
Current Instock Report added to the Void Tracker
For users with the Void Tracker add-on, we have added a copy of the Current Instock Report to better track the Instock % of items on Mod.
To ensure the highest level of data accuracy, it is important that your team regularly provides updated modular data, including Adds, Keeps, and Deletes, whenever changes are made. Faster Item Attribution Turnaround
We have made internal enhancements to improve the turnaround time for attributing and updating item details, including brands, descriptions, size values, distributors, and suppliers.
If you identify items, distributors, or other attributes on the dashboard that require updates or corrections, please contact us at support@infosource.ai. Most requests can be completed within 24-48 hours, depending on the volume and complexity of the changes.
