Refresh Types Explained

Monthly Refresh (New items can show up): In addition to adding the new week of data, this refresh incorporates all new items from Circana’s previous monthly New Item Report. It may also include updates to Supplier/Vendor and Style values.
Quarterly QUAD Refresh: Along with the new week of data, this refresh includes all other coding update that were scheduled during the previous request window.
Bi-Annual Restatements: Circana restates the full historical data twice per year, once in the Spring and once in the Fall. Exact ETAs are not provided by Circana, but Fintech Data Services will notify you ahead of time when these restatements are scheduled, as they typically cause a one-to-two-week delay in the regular refresh.
